• You may use Replie.io to automate messaging workflows and manage communications in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purposes, or violate laws governing privacy, intellectual property, or data protection.
• Interfere with the Service’s functionality, security measures, or other users’ access.
• Use the Service for spamming, scams, or abusive messaging.
• Circumvent rate limits, restrictions, or protective measures implemented in the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the Service’s underlying code, algorithms, or proprietary technology .
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
• Paid subscriptions require valid payment methods (credit/debit card).
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, per the chosen plan (monthly , quarterly or yearly), and include usage limits as described.
• Upgrades adjust billing immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance.
• No refunds or prorated credits are offered for cancellations unless explicitly stated.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid accounts if you subscribe; upgrades require payment of any applicable difference.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
• Replie.io owns all platform software, branding, and content.
• Users retain ownership of messaging flows, contact data, and content they create within the Service.
• You may not duplicate, reverse engineer, redistribute, or reuse any platform code, design, or branding without written permission.
• User feedback may be used by Replie.io for improving the Service without compensation.
6. Content and Data
• Users are responsible for all input data and messaging content (“Content”) provided through the Service.
• Replie.io may process and store Content as necessary to provide, maintain, or improve the Service.
• Users retain ownership of their Content, but anonymized data may be used for analytics and Service improvement.
• You must not submit Content that violates laws or third-party rights.
